Wally Oliveira , originally of Belo Horizonte - Brazil, arrived in America with a goal to provide his family a new life and a prosperous future. Wally started his career in the construction business close to 20 years ago as an apprentice and has learned each aspect of his trade. He's been able to work on thousands of projects and has the know-how to provide you a world class installation. Whether you're looking for a hardwood installation or refinishing project, you're dealing with someone that has the experience to make sure it's done right - the first time. Wally will guarantee that your project will go smoothly and will make sure each step is cleary explained thoroughly.

Brandon Flood has been in the flooring business for close to 20 years. Brandon has been expertly installing and refinishing quality floors in homes and commercial buildings throughout the United States. He has personally managed many high-profile projects such as The Bellagio in Vegas to the St. Regis in Atlanta, Ga. Expert workmanship is Brandon's highest priority, and he was personally trained by his father, who was also taught by his father. Brandon continually enhances his education and research in learning his craft. He is a true expert in all types of flooring and goes beyond the standard by giving you courteous, fast and responsive service. By listening to our customers needs their wants and ultimately their expectations, Brandon gives their customers a complete flooring solution.

Adam Kelley has been in the flooring business for nearly 15 years. Starting off in his early 20’s, Adam launched his career in construction and his interest in the field developed from there. In a relatively short period of time he excelled and advanced himself from a skilled laborer position into fine carpentry work. Working closely with builders and homeowners on the finer details ultimately evolved into his current passion for Project management and Residential Flooring Sales. Adam has spent many years managing various sized commercial and residential projects throughout Connecticut, and has personally supervised thousands of installations. Adam’s multi-faceted background enables The Hardwood Guys to meet and continuously exceed our customer’s expectations.

Adriana Oliveira-Brannan has worked with the principles for close to 15 years. If you call the office, there's a good chance she'll answer. Adriana takes care of all the accounting, payroll, accounts receivables, payables, and making sure all necessary forms are up to date. She's originally from Brazil and has lived in the states for close to 20 years. She speaks three languages. So if you speak a little portuguese or spanish - give it a shot. She's super easy going and a wonderful part of our team.
