I had a good experience and I’m very pleased with the results. The guys are courteous, efficient and punctual. They cleaned up everything and left the rooms looking great. We has a few little issues and Wally was very good about accommodating us and coming back to fix the problem. Very happy with our hard wood floors!

Being a small business owner and renting our office space, means cost for upgrades and updates are critical. Cost vs quality is always a balance. Not this time. Quality exceeded my budget restrictions and expectations. 900 square feet of laminate in a recording studio space.

These guys refinished my floors a few years ago. I had two rooms that we had prefinished flooring installed and they did a great job to match the rest of the house to it. As an added bonus they redid the stairs and handrails. That put the job over the top. Now everyone who comes into my house is shocked as to how good it looks as opposed to before I renovated it and a big part of the dramatic change is the flooring.

We bought an old house in May with its original floors from 1916. The second floor wood had not been treated for years and was not in good shape. American Wood & Tile came in and was able to rehabilitate the floors to look great! The patch areas are not even visible anymore! The work was done quickly and efficiently so we were able to move in soon after the purchase of the house. Doing a kitchen renovation is a once in a lifetime event for me. My condo complex is from 1939 and the kitchen floors were covered in linoleum many years ago.
